ape Charles Baptist Church is looking for a Youth Minister.

This part-time salaried position (20 hours per week) requires a confessed born-again believer in Jesus Christ who will establish membership at Cape Charles Baptist Church and will support and exemplify the vision statement and philosophy of this body of believers as it applies to the development of a comprehensive youth ministry. It requires a person who exhibits a personal and growing relationship with Jesus, a teachable spirit and a healthy family life and one whose ministry philosophy and conversion is in agreement with Baptist beliefs.
